Oscar is VP of Operations & Servicing for the Simple Income Fund. He has been investing in residential real estate since 2014 through his real estate investment company in the Raleigh/Durham, NC area and surrounding markets. Oscar has a vast knowledge base when it comes to estimating rehab costs and managing construction projects, a deep understanding of the market and knows how to identify properties with high potential for returns. He is a licensed contractor in North Carolina and holds a B.S. in Business Administration, Finance and Real Estate from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.
